Dance training, performance,
and creative exploration for adult artists.
Opening Doors’ dance groups provide structured training and collaborative performance opportunities in contemporary and inclusive dance. Sessions are led by professional dance artists who guide participants through rehearsal, improvisation, and creative projects. Weekly sessions take place at SOPA (Mondays) and Alison White Dance Studio (Tuesdays), preparing members for mixed-ability and professional performances locally and internationally.
