Music training, ensemble performance, and creative practice for adult artists.
Opening Doors’ music groups bring artists together to develop skill, explore creativity, and perform collaboratively. Sessions are led by professional practitioners who guide participants through ensemble work, improvisation, and public performance opportunities. Weekly rehearsals take place at SOPA, preparing members for mixed-ability and professional performances locally and internationally.
Our music facilitators are experienced musicians and educators, with professional backgrounds spanning performance, composition and inclusive music practice. Together, they create collaborative spaces where participants develop musical skills, explore creativity and build confidence through making music.
